| Testimonials CARS of America, Inc. has been rated as an “Approved Auto Repair” facility for Glenview and Northbrook by AAA Chicago Motor Club since 2001. During the summer of 2006, we participated in AAA’s re-approval process, whereby they randomly survey our client database. We received a 99.7% approval rating from our clients, up from 98.5% in 2001. Our AAA liaison, Travis Rhode, also noted that 100% of the clients that they spoke to rated us with an overall “excellent”, the first time that he had seen that occur.
Does that mean that every single transaction proceeds in total harmony, or that we never receive an irate survey reply or phone call? Of course not! We get a few, but we don’t include them for two reasons. First, they are usually from a really great client that would be embarrassed if we published their “vent”. Second, to the best of our knowledge, we resolve every less-than-perfect comment in whatever fashion the client desires. Having said that, here is a sample:
"Dear CARS of America, I am writing to thank you for the excellent service I received on my 1996 Nissan Maxima. My boyfriend had been raving about the service I could expect if I brought my car to you, but that could not prepare me for how fantastic of an experience i had with your organization.
...It is rare to find an organization that goes to such great lengths to make sure that a problem is solved...
Not only did the final cost come in less than estimated, the free loaner car for the week it took to get my car fixed was really the kind of service I could not, and did not expect. That kind of service is what really earns loyalty from your customers. You have made a new customer and believer out of me.
